Delete pages in Homescreen
You can see the pages of the home screen by just tapping on the dot above the app drawer. Now, in IOS 15 you can delete the pages that are disabled. All of the apps will automatically go to the app library. This feature doesn’t work if you have your app library disabled.
We finally have a widget for the default mail app. It comes in 2 sizes, regular and bigger. You can choose the mailbox by holding down the widget and tapping the widger options. If you tap on the email it opens the respective email quickly.
When you tap and drag your finger around the written text to trigger the magnifying tool which was previously removed from the IOS.
Text from camera
Just tap on the open space where you want to type and choose the option text from the camera, camera will open at the bottom of the page that you are in. Then you can scan the text using a camera which will then be written on your screen. It also works with URLs.
Voice Mode and Video Effects
If you open any app that requires a camera or mic to work. 2 new options will be added to the control center which will allow the user to choose the voice mode and video effect.
New Safari Features
You can simply pull it down on your webpage to reload it. Just swipe it to the left or right to close it. You can arrange your tabs by just holding them and dragging them to the place you desire.
You can swipe down or press the little (i) button on the bottom of the photos app to see the total detail of the photos. It shows your location, ISO, Aperture, and White Balance.
You can set your alarms as the old IOS version because Apple has decided to bring it back! It shows you a wheel with 2 dials. One for hours and another for minutes.
You can have an extension on safari in IOS 15. You can go to setting and locate safari and click on the extensions. It will take you to the app store where you can download extensions.
You have a new option (Prepare for New iPhone). This will allow you to transfer your data to a new iPhone without leaving a single footprint on the old one. This might come in handy when you want to change or replace your device with a new one.
